Most of the Linux distributions come with Libre Office. Libre Office is an alternative to Microsoft Office.
Today's fix is about changing the background color in Libre Office.
When you first open Libre Office the page to start a new document is blinding white and can be very hard on the eyes.
In this screenshot you'll see that I was able to change the background to a medium shade of blue.
To change the color go to Tools > Options > Application Colors.
From there you should be able to choose any color that you would like for your background.
If your Linux distribution didn't come with Libre Office check your package manager OR> Software Center for it.
